great view in front of the nile, cofartable beds and helpful staff

The shower in the room had no flexi shower head, only the 'raining' one.

Good location, close to restaurants, sights, friendly, accommodating front desk staff. Clean rooms. They have a pool, and if the weather had been warmer(we were there end of December), sure, this would have been a great place to lounge. I would still pick this place to stay for a couple of days in Luxor.

Below average breakfast, no other food options either. The spread looks large, but not even the bread is tasty. We find that the food in Egypt was surprisingly mediocre, at best, and this hotel was no exception :-(

The room was quite big and clean, we had a balcony with Nile view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. The swimming pool looked great, unfortunately not warm enough to swim in. Great location, about 20 min walk from Luxor station.

Shower was not draining well, there was always water accumulating even overnight.

The staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a room with a view of the Nile. The room was clean, and the facilities quite sufficient.

Fantastic hotel, room was great, beds were comfy, pool area was fab, great views of the nile , breakfast ( the only meal we had in the hotel ) was good . Wifi was good

Towels, need to be changed, as they were not the best, but that's being picky

My room was perfect for me with a comfy bed, great shower and hot water supply with a wonderful Nile view from the balcony. Breakfast didn't thrill me but was included and, therefore, great value for money.

Everything was to my liking. Attentive and friendly staff. Quiet location but only a short walk to Luxor Temple. Hotel kept spotlessly clean.

The location was epic, and frankly Hotel scene in Luxor isn't that great, so this was a good deal.

We were there just recently, hence, winters and cold water was a constant problem. I was stuck in shower once and the hot water stopped coming, waited for 20 minutes, and still no luck. Total nightmare. Also, one of the guys at reception tried to charge us $70 for the room that $38 on booking, I'd have understood a little difference but that's almost double, reservation on booking.com was one click away and I reserved from here for the third time.

-I took my iron with me because based on my experience some hotels in Egypt don’t provide you iron, only the laundry service with extra charge of course. The hotel took my iron during check in, after scanning my luggage. I asked the lady why but she didn’t explain anything, she just walked away with my iron, very unprofessional. The receptionist told me that iron is not allowed in the hotel rooms. So i told her to return it to me during check out And THE HOTEL DIDN’T GIVE ME BACK MY IRON AFTER CHECK OUT -Staffs were unfriendly and rude. The male staff raised his voice when we asked about wifi. Never smiled. -The room was very dirty, it’s like the never cleaned the floor. Dust everywhere (we were staying in junior suite) -No electric kettle; they charged for hot water and the price kept on increasing everytime. Ridiculous -No in room wifi, no airport shuttle -They don’t accept card, cash only -Definitely not coming back, the whole family was disappointed and upset

This place is excelent. It offers very good quality of rooms and service for a very reasonable price. We liked every thing. The staff, the service, the food!

We got a double twin bed, and when we said that we wanted a single doble bed, they just put the beds together. That wasn't good for sleeping.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Good value of your money.

The internet is very weak in reception area and null at the rooms. The pool should have system to warm the water.

Come to Egypt. Safe to travel despite Australian government warnings. This hotel had very spacious rooms. Bed was comfy.Great views over the Nile. Staff friendly & very helpful. There is an ATM in the lobby. No shortage of available Taxi's & carriages directly out the front of the hotel. There was a great outdoor area to relax in & watch the boats sail down the Nile.

Breakfast was terrible. Not much variety & what was available was lukewarm & rubbery. Location was a little further away from the centre ( Luxor temple) than we would have liked. Not located correctly on Google maps.

The hotel has good location, and relation between price & quality. The prices in the restaurant & bar are cheaper to the expected.

It would be good that the hotel accept credit/debit card payment. The rooms do not have WiFi.

The cleaness, food and services

Its is not that romantic and place for relaxation especially for European in relationship, but good ans suitable for families.

we had a kingsize bed as we asked for. service by the pool with mina the hotel waiter was excellent. the rooms are kept very clean and tidy

the pool carpet area did need refurbishing as did cause people to slip unexpectedly

The bed was big and comfortable and the shower was good. The room was quite spacious. The hotel is very close to Luxor Temple, like 10 or 15 min walking. We were told this is the hotel where police men usually stay when they are in Luxor for vacation. The area seemed to be very safe. There are two pubs in front of the hotel, which was great! We didn't use the pool but it was clean and looked very nice.

Breakfast was not so good.
